This page is maintained by Ozeefy (“we”, “us”, “our”) to explain how Ozeefy (the “Service”) collects, stores, uses, and protects information. Ozeefy is an internal analytics workspace used by our team to produce daily performance reports for our clients from their connected advertising and commerce platforms.
Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to authorized users of the Ozeefy Intelligence workspace (Ozeefy team members and invited client stakeholders) and to the platform data our clients authorize us to access on their behalf.
Data Collection
Account information. Name, work email, and role, used to authenticate you and control access.
Connected platform data. When a client connects an account (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify), we retrieve read-only reporting data such as campaigns, ad sets, ad spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, orders, products, and inventory. We do not collect end-consumer personal data from these platforms.
OAuth tokens. Access and refresh tokens issued by each platform, stored encrypted at rest and used only to fetch the reporting data the connection was authorized for.
Operational logs. Basic request, sync, and error logs used to operate and secure the Service.
How do we collect data?
We collect information directly from the website back-end programming, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on the device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site by the merchant, and collect data including any changes in collections or services, the high-demand articles, product being out-of-stock, price alteration, or any changes in the website.
- “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you alter the Site.
How Do We Use Your Website’s Information?
To authenticate users and enforce role-based access.
To sync, join, and display metrics from connected platforms in dashboards and daily PDF reports delivered to the relevant client.
To operate, monitor, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
To comply with legal obligations and platform terms.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use connected platform data for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.
Google Ads API / Google user data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When a client authorizes Ozeefy Intelligence via Google OAuth, we request the minimum scopes required to read Google Ads reporting for the accounts the client selects. We use this data solely to render dashboards and generate the daily performance report for that client. We do not sell it, transfer it to third parties for advertising, or use it for any purpose unrelated to the reporting features the user authorized.
Information Sharing
We never share your data with any external source in any case. Your shop Information is safe with us!
Data retention and deletion
Connected platform data is retained only as long as the connection remains active and for a limited period thereafter for continuity of historical reports. A client may disconnect any integration at any time from the Integrations screen, which revokes the stored tokens and stops further data sync. To request deletion of an account or of stored platform data, contact us at the address below and we will action the request.
Security
Access is authenticated and role-based. OAuth tokens and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to production systems is limited to authorized Ozeefy personnel.
International transfers
The Service and its sub-processors may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
Updates to the Privacy Policy
To reflect changes in our procedures, we may from time to time amend this privacy statement. We suggest you keep reviewing our privacy policy on a regular basis.
We might need to alter privacy policy in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
